Pat Hayes
Director and Co-Founder
Pat Hayes is a co-founder and Technical Director behind Quantum 3. He has over 25 years’ experience of automating and optimising workflows within the manufacturing industry.
After qualifying as a fitter, Pat progressed to his study of pneumatics and hydraulics. Combined with his previous role as an automation technical consultant for Festo, one of the world’s most innovative pneumatics and automation supplier, Pat has gained a deep understanding of how industrial equipment works best together.
In recognition of Pat’s expertise, Festo have continued to engage Pat in ground-breaking projects and he continues to act as a consultant for Festo to this day.
Pat’s continued commitment to the optimisation of the manufacturing environment is evident in his ability to assess workflow challenges and devise solutions that are both practical and effective. Through his innovative solutions he consistently meets his clients’ objectives of increased productivity and profitability.
